Our Nationwide Delivery Service offers delivery anywhere within the Island of Ireland by courier.
Nationwide Shipping is available on selected days unless we are exceptionally busy and are fully booked for some specific days. Unavailable days cannot be booked.
However, if you need a specific shipping day that is not available, then contact us and we'll do our best to help - we might be able to squeeze in an extra order.
Your order will usually arrive the day after shipping.
During the checkout process you will be asked to select a date required, and we will ship the day before the date required.
We prepare and dispatch your order via our courier's next day delivery service so that delivery is usually scheduled for the day after we ship your order.
Delivery is made by DPD, who deliver 99% of our parcels the day after shipping. If DPD is exceptionally busy then they may deliver within two days of the shipping date, which is outside of our control.
Please note that we do not guarantee the delivery date.
DPD do not deliver our parcels on Weekends or Bank Holidays.
Parcel tracking and text alert is available from DPD and we will send you a parcel tracking number when we confirm your order has been dispatched.
There is a standard delivery charge per order, which covers delivery to any part of the Island of Ireland upto 15kg of item(s). This is automatically added during the checkout process.
Our Celebration Cakes can be delivered to any Killarney Hotel by ourselves. Deliveries are usually between 2pm - 5pm.
Our Wedding Cakes can be delivered to any Killarney, Kenmare or Tralee wedding venue by ourselves. We will agree with you separately the most suitable time for the delivery and set up at your venue.
Our celebration cakes, our treat boxes and small cakes and most of our wedding cake options, can be collected from our shop in Killarney. The collection slot is usually 10am to 1pm as we undertake local deliveries around Killarney during the afternoon time.
